For hotels

Flowers in every room. A share of every sale.

We style your guest rooms with handmade preserved flowers, free. When a guest falls for the piece in their room, they buy it from its QR card and take it home, and your hotel earns 15%.

How it works

  1. 1. Sign up here

Tell us about the hotel and how many rooms to start with, and accept the terms. It takes about two minutes.

  2. 2. We style your rooms

Once we've approved you, Katina brings handmade pieces, each with a small QR card, and places them for you.

  3. 3. Guests take them home

A guest scans the card, pays us on Square from their phone and takes the piece. You're emailed, your share is counted, and we replace it the next day.

The hotel program terms

  • We style the rooms you choose with handmade preserved flower pieces, free of charge. Each piece has a small QR card so a guest can buy it.
  • The pieces stay ours until a guest buys one. Please don't sell them yourselves or change their price.
  • You earn 15% of the price of every piece a guest buys, paid by bank transfer each month to the account you give us. Every sale shows on your private page.
  • Guests pay us directly on Square's secure page, so you never handle payment. We never share guests' details with you.
  • When a piece sells, we replace it, usually the next day.
  • Please keep each piece and its QR card in its room, out of direct sun and away from water, and tell us if one is moved.
  • If a piece is damaged or goes missing from a room without a guest buying it, we'll invoice you the full price of the piece.
  • Either of us can end the arrangement at any time with 7 days' notice. We'll collect our pieces and pay any share owed.

Nothing to pay. We'll confirm by email.
